I wish
you'd trust me and
see that
this too shall pass.
Your life
will not be useless
even if
you don't get what
you think
it is you want.
Happiness is
not a single destination--
if you
miss your exit ramp
the trip
is not completely ruined.
Stay inside
the car, buckle up,
breathe deeply,
and enjoy the scenery.
Mrs. Haskett this poem is as awesome as if a midget was riding a unicycle while juggling sticks that were on fire on a rope 100 ft in the air above a tank full of man eating sharks that haven't been fed in 2 weeks=)
ReplyDeleteI must agree on joe with this one midgets on unicycles make life worth living
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this poem :) I think it perfectly describes the mentality of teens these days and not just teens. The end of one thing is not the end of life altogether, but the beginning of something greater.
